Eminent Air (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a leading Thai air conditioner manufacturer and distributor, has partnered with Nexter Digital and Solutions Co., Ltd., operator of the online technician platform Q-CHANG, to jointly enhance the standards of air conditioning services in Thailand. The collaboration, under the EMINENT x Q-CHANG project, aims to upskill Thai HVAC technicians through certified training programs endorsed by the Department of Skill Development, Ministry of Labour.
Ms. Janyaporn Sunthornwasu, CEO of Eminent Air, emphasized that the company—backed by over 47 years of industry experience—has developed HVAC training programs for over a decade, training more than 10,000 technicians nationwide. Since 2018, Eminent has collaborated with the Department of Skill Development and the Office of the Vocational Education Commission to develop five core training modules tailored to current industry needs. To date, over 1,800 technicians have completed the certified programs across the country.
The five comprehensive HVAC training modules include:
- Residential and Commercial Air Conditioning (Level 1)
- Residential and Commercial Air Conditioning (Level 2)
- Residential and Commercial Air Conditioning (Level 3)
- VRF System Installation
- Professional Air Conditioning Cleaning and Maintenance Techniques
Participants who successfully complete the training will receive official certification, jointly issued by Eminent Air and government agencies, ensuring quality and credibility. Training will be conducted at Eminent Exploring Centers located in Chiang Mai and Songkhla.
