On October 7, 2024, Eminent Air (Thailand) Co., Ltd. officially launched a training course on inverter residential and commercial air conditioning installation at the Skill Development Institute 14 Pathum Thani. The opening ceremony was presided over by Ms. Kitima Siriprathan, Director of the Institute, as part of a strategic collaboration to enhance the skills of HVAC technicians in alignment with industry needs.
The training program, held from October 7–9, 2024, provides hands-on and theoretical knowledge to 36 participants, equipping them with essential skills to meet labor market demands. Participants will also undergo the Level 1 National Occupational Skill Standard Test for small-scale residential and commercial air conditioning on October 10–11, followed by Knowledge and Skill Certification Assessments on October 15, 2024.
Objectives of the training include:
- Enhancing vocational skills to match real-world market demand
- Increasing employment and career advancement opportunities
- Strengthening understanding of relevant HVAC technologies
This training initiative is part of Eminent Air’s commitment to human resource development in collaboration with the Department of Skill Development. The goal is to ensure the Thai workforce is well-prepared to support the needs of the HVAC industry and the broader national economy.
